How do I send photos for printing?
You can upload your photos for printing before check out, right on the product page, except for files for our Everyday Books, which you can send to us through file sharing sites like Google Drive or Dropbox. Alternatively, you can complete purchase of any product on the website and email us your files at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your Order No. in your email.
How do I know if my photos are suitable for printing?
To test if our system will accept your files, simply drag and drop them in the upload button on the product page. Low resolution files will not be accepted for upload. Generally, files have to be at least 1 MB for print sizes up to 8x8 inches, and at least 2 MB for larger sizes. Each file you upload must not exceed 10 MB.
The following photos are low resolution and will not be accepted:
- photos downloaded directly from Facebook and Facebook Messenger, as well as other messaging apps (Viber, Whatsapp, etc)
- filtered photos taken with the Instagram camera
- phone screenshots
As a general rule, the following photos should be large enough for printing:
- photos taken using your phone's native camera app
- photos taken using digital cameras
Can I upload photos directly from my phone gallery?
Yes, our Upload Manager is accessible on both desktop and mobile. Please read the above guidelines on which phone photos are suitable for upload.
Do I need to crop my photos before uploading?
Upon import, you will be automatically led to our editor, which will allow you to crop your photos before uploading them to our system.
What payment options are available?
- Bank deposit (BPI and Unionbank)
- BPI to BPI via QR code
Am I given lead time to settle my payment?
If you are going to pay through Gcash or bank deposit, you are given 48 hours from the time you placed your order to pay for your items. Please email your proof of payment to email@example.com along with your Order No.
Only paid orders shall be processed. Orders not paid within 48 hours shall be removed from our system.
Is COD available?
Cash-on-delivery is not available.
Production time differs per product. Please check our product pages for respective lead times.
Production time starts once payment is confirmed, and excludes transit time once shipped out. Because of this, we cannot accommodate rush orders.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We use J&T Express for domestic shipping (shipping rates are calculated at check out). Once shipped, please expect your packages in 2 to 4 days for Luzon, and 5 to 8 days for Visayas and Mindanao. Tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is shipped out.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently are not able to ship to areas outside the Philippines.
Do you offer local delivery around Baguio / La Trinidad?
If you are having your items delivered to a Baguio or La Trinidad address, local delivery is available through Grab Express and other third-party errand services. Please select local delivery upon check out. Make sure to provide your complete address when prompted.
Can I pick up my orders?
You may also pick up your items at our Baguio studio. Please wait for our email notifying you that your item is ready for pick up. We will also notify you of available pick up times.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or have an item exchanged for another one in your product list?
Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot entertain requests for returns or exchanges. If we shipped an incorrect item to you, email us with photos of the incorrect item upon receipt, and we will rectify any mistakes made. Incorrect items must be shipped back to us (we will shoulder shipping costs).
